Provincial Visitation in Doylestown

During the first days of November, 2nd to 6th, a canonical visitation took place at our Pauline Monastery and the Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa in Doylestown. The visitation was conducted by Fr. Tadeusz Lizinczyk OSPPE, Provincial of the Pauline Community in the USA, and Fr. Karol Jarzabek OSPPE, Provincial Secretary. Consecration to St. Joseph

On November 1st – the Solemnity of All Saints – a consecration to St. Joseph took place at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa, Doylestown, PA. A group of faithful, led by Fr. Timothy Tarnacki OSPPE, has been preparing for this day during the 33 day period, according to Fr. Donald Calloway’s book “Consecration to St. Joseph”. Solemnity of All Saints and Prayer for the Faithful Departed

The Solemnity of All Saints and an annual day of prayer for all the faithful departed was celebrated this year on Sunday, November 1st.On this day many pilgrims came from different states to pray for their deceased relatives, especially the ones who have been buried at our Shrine cemetery. Remember About the Veterans!

A patriotic initiative “Remember about the Veterans”, commemorating Polish veterans has taken place at our Shrine on October 31st. It was organized by Stowarzyszenie Pamiec. More than 2,300 veteran tombs (crosses) have been decorated with a red and white ribbon. Celebrations in Honor of St. John Paul II

On Sunday, October 25, at our Shrine in Doylestown we have celebrated the closing of the hundredth anniversary of the birth of St. John Paul II. On this occasion, two solemn Masses were celebrated at the Shrine, which were also broadcasted via the Internet and radio, so that the faithful could join in prayer with our liturgical congregation.
