Advent Night of Recollection for Teenagers took place at our Shrine on Friday, December 11th. This event was organized by the Shrine’s Youth Group, which meets regularly at Wyszynski Hall. The theme of the meeting was “Find Your Place in the Family of Jesus”. It included many activities such as prayer, games, talks, and discussions. Fr. On December 10, 1905, Henryk Sienkiewicz, has received the Nobel Prize. He had a great devotion to the Mother of God, Our Lady of Czestochowa. During his life he has also made pilgrimages to the Jasna Gora Shrine in Czestochowa, Poland.
