The Stained Glass Window of St. Stanislaus Is Up In the Lower Church!

The second stained glass window, depicting Saint Stanislaus, Bishop & Martyr, from the recently closed Polish Church of St. Laurentius in Philadelphia has been installed at our Shrine! Each part of the window has been professionally cleaned and renovated and installed in the lower church (Chapel of Our Lady of Czestochowa) at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa. March for Life in Philadelphia 2021

The Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa has organized a bus for the March for Life in Philadelphia, organized by Pro-Life Union of Greater Philadelphia in lieu of attending the annual March for Life in Washington D.C., due to the ongoing pandemic. The group from our Shrine participated in the Holy Mass at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul in Philadelphia, presided by Archbishop Nelson Perez.  Bishop Joseph Coffey, an Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese for the Military Services, preached the homily. In those emails someone falsely claimed to be Father Tadeusz Lizinczyk, Provincial of the Pauline Fathers and Brothers in the USA, and tried to convince members of our Shrine community to purchase gift cards to support the Shrine or for different charity causes. The Epiphany Blessing at the Monastery and the Shrine

Each year, on day of the Epiphany of the Lord, our Pauline religious community celebrates a solemn blessing of the monastery. During the procession around the house and the Shrine, the Fathers bless the chapel, the monastic cells of the fathers and brothers, the kitchen, the refectory, guest rooms, as well as Shrine offices, media office, the gift shop, the cafeteria and the kitchen as well as the retreat house.
