Ave Maria Retreat House is a place of prayer, reflection, healing and spiritual renewal on the grounds of the National Shrine.
The Pauline Fathers and Brothers welcome individuals and groups for retreats, days of recollection, conferences, meetings and other faith-centered gatherings.
Retreat experiences
Programs may include Lenten and Advent retreats, Marian and Eucharistic retreats, vocation retreats, retreats for young people, married couples, priests and religious, educators and other groups.
Accommodation & facilities
The Retreat House offers overnight rooms, meeting and conference facilities, chapels and private prayer spaces. Conference facilities can accommodate both small and larger groups, with presentation and audio/visual capability available.
Plan a retreat
Programs may be led by the Pauline Fathers or by a group’s own facilitators and speakers. Multi-day and weekend retreats can be arranged.
