Quick answers to common questions about visiting the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa.

How much time should I plan for a visit?

A half day gives you time for prayer, Mass or Confession, a self-guided visit and quiet time on the grounds. A full day is worthwhile if you want to explore more of the campus.

Can I request a Mass intention?

Yes. The Shrine accepts regular, annual, perpetual and other Mass intentions. See Mass Intentions & Mass Department for current information.

Is accessible parking available?

Yes. Accessible parking is available near key entrances, including the Main Church and Visitor Center.

Can I avoid stairs?

Accessible entrances and elevator access are available in key visitor areas. If you have a specific mobility requirement, contact the Shrine before your visit so staff can direct you to the best entrance.

Are wheelchairs available?

The legacy visitor information indicates that wheelchairs can be requested through reception. Please confirm availability when you arrive or contact the Shrine in advance.

Where can I find current Mass and Confession times?

Use the live Mass & Confession schedule.

Can groups arrange a visit?

Yes. See Pilgrim & Day Groups for group-visit information.
