La Posada
La Posada at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa. Posada is a tradition popular in Mexico and also present in some Latin America countries before Christmas. It is about re-enacting Mary’s and Joseph’s search for a lodging in Bethlehem. During these nine days before the Nativity, Las Posadas take place every night at a different place, visiting various houses and places. Pilgrims came to our Shrine to share with us this wonderful tradition.
