Blessing of Children in Honor of St. Paul the First Hermit

Blessing of children in honor of St. Paul the First Hermit took place on Sunday, January 20th after the 11:00 am Mass and 12:30 pm Mass. All the children have also received candy, right after the blessing. St. Paul is a patron saint not only of Pauline Fathers & Brothers but also of all the children. Fr. Meeting of Pauline Fathers & Brothers in Doylestown

Every year on January 15, the Pauline Fathers & Brothers around the world celebrate a feast in honor of its patron saint, Paul the First Hermit. On this occasion, the monks participated in a Novena, singing hymns together in honor of Saint Paul. Christmas decorations at our Shrine

The exquisite Christmas decorations are displayed at our Shrine every year during the Christmas season. This year they will be up until January 20th, 2019.  A light show of 100,000 outside lights and 8000 inside lights; many locally-purchased Christmas trees standing over 12 feet tall; an outdoor live Nativity scene with animals; and an indoor Neapolitan-style Nativity scene with over 40 moving statues, located to the right of the main altar, are just some of the Christmas attractions which surround visitors with a festive ambience. Christmas Nativity Play performed and prepared by the Polish School of Our Lady of Czestochowa at our Shrine took place on the Epiphany of the Lord, on January 6, in the Main Church at 12:30 pm Polish Mass. Blessing of the Monastery on the Epiphany of the Lord

On January 6th, on the Epiphany of the Lord, in accord with the Pauline tradition, annual monastery blessing took place in Doylestown. Every room and cell, the chapel and even the kitchen of the monastery has been blessed. The doors have been marked with C+M+B (Christus Mansionem Benedicat). New Shrine Director

Effective January 1, 2019, Fr. Mikolaj Socha OSPPE has been appointed by Father. Provincial as the new Director of the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa in Doylestown, PA. Fr.
